Store Manager

Location: Bhiwandi

Position Report To: Store Manger

Brief Profile: The Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and maintain high store standards and conditions.

Responsibility
  • Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
  • Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
  • Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
  • Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
  • Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
  • Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
  • Work with vendors and 3rd party manufacturers to manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
  • Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales
  • Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning
  • Tour the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers to identify or resolve urgent issues
Eligibility
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in any stream
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, similar industry is highly preferable
  • Strong Documentation and Organisational skills

Executive Sales

Base Location: Bhandup West

Position Report To: Asst. Manager – Sales

Brief Profile: This is a junior management position, responsible for all outbound sales activities related to all quotes provided for enquiries received to the company. This position shall also be responsible for getting new accounts for established standard products of Power Matrix Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Role Objectives
  • Responsible And Assisting the Asst Manager - Sales
  • For follow-up of quotes provided and deal closures for Power Matrix Solutions Pvt Ltd.
  • Assist For opening new accounts for PMX within the established standard products.
  • Develop new accounts for existing products and services.
  • Must have good communication and networking skills to manage client expectations.
  • Secure the approvals for manufacturing clearance by co-ordinating with the client and the PMX Internal Design Team.
  • Maintain continuous follow-up for closing orders, ensure timely inspection of the products, and ensure timely dispatch AND FOLLOWUP CONTINUOSULY FOR PAYMENT COLLECTIONS.
  • Must be a team person and able to MAINTAIN THE EXISTING PMX CLIENT RELATIONSHIP DILIGENTLY.
  • Work closely with delivery and other internal teams to ensure commitments are met

Executive Purchase & Procurement

Position Report To: Purchase Manager

Role Objectives

Responsible & Assisting the Purchase Manager

  • Aiding the purchase head to source & procure reliable vendors for the organization
  • Maintain strong working relationships with all vendors
  • Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communication with those vendors
  • Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on quarterly and annual numbers
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the company
  • Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
Key Skills
  • High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree or higher preferred)
  • 3+ years’ experience in a purchasing role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Executive Lead Generation

Role: Female Executive – Lead Generation

Base Location: Bhandup West

Position Report To: Team Leader

Brief Profile: This would be an entry position. This person would be responsible for data base creation and enquiry generation for the sales team.

Role Objectives
  • Assisting the Sales Team to increase Sales by ensuring new enquiry generation
  • Provide Back End Support to all field sales staff, Pan India.
  • Needs to meet daily and weekly targets
  • Ensure new appointments for the Sales Team on a regular basis
  • Follow up with the sales team for the quality and promptness of the fixed appointments
  • Ensuring that new database is created, managed and updated on a regular basis
  • Coordinate with end clients / team members for smooth flow of the Sales Cycle – right from the initial new client meeting to actual closing of the deal.
  • Need to do CRM efficiently of both existing and new clientele
  • Must be able to work on Targets and deadlines
  • Should have a flair for Sales / In-bound sales
